How can I place an order?
All orders can be placed via our website. Quotes can be requested in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our friendly customer service team is also more than happy to answer any of your questions over the phone prior to receiving your written request.
When is the cut off time?
Orders can be placed until 5pm for next day delivery. Requests that are sent through after business hours will be viewed the following morning. Late orders are accepted based on availability and may not have a choice of all menu items. Late orders submitted after 5pm will be subject to a 10% surcharge.
What is the minimum spend?
Monday to Friday: $90 + GST per delivery.
Deliveries below $90 + GST and above $50 + GST may be accepted and will incur a $15 + GST surcharge.
Saturday: $227 + GST per delivery.
Minimum spends exclude delivery fees.
Do you deliver on Sundays?
We can deliver on a Sunday with a minimum spend of $909 + GST. Please note we require orders to be paid & confirmed at the latest by Tuesday 5pm.
Do you allow pick-ups?
Currently we do not offer pick-ups from our kitchen.
What are your office hours?
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm.
Our online store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders can be placed anytime and will be reviewed and confirmed during office hours.
Do you cater to all dietary requirements?
We can cater for most dietary requirements. When placing your order, please note the dietary needs within the text box provided at checkout and we will make our suggestions accordingly. Should we not be able to cater for a specific dietary requirement, we will let you know when confirming your order.
Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. Please consider this when requesting special dietary requirements.
How do I make amendments to my order?
For any order amendments, please send your changes in writing to email@example.com quoting the order number. One of our catering coordinators will facilitate these changes and will provide confirmation once your order has been successfully modified to your needs. Please ensure all amendment enquiries are made prior to the order cut off time.
Should you need to cancel your order, the following conditions apply:
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery will not be refunded.
- Cancellations made outside of 24 hours and under 48 hours with a value of less than $500 can receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made outside of 24 hours and under 48 hours with a value of more than $500 will receive a 50% refund.
All cancellation requests for Monday orders must be received no later than 3pm the Friday prior.
