How can I place an order?

All orders can be placed via our website. Quotes can be requested in writing via email to orders@cateringproject.com.au. Our friendly customer service team is also more than happy to answer any of your questions over the phone prior to receiving your written request.

When is the cut off time?

Order for Monday, cut off is 3pm Saturday.
Order for Tuesday, cut off is 3pm Monday.
Order for Wednesday, cut off is 3pm Tuesday.
Order for Thursday, cut off is 3pm Wednesday.
Order for Friday, cut off is 3pm Thursday.
Order for Saturday, cut off is 3pm Friday.
Order for Sunday, cut off is 3pm Friday.

Last minute orders may be accepted between 3pm and 5pm subject to availability, click HERE.

Requests that are sent through after business hours will be viewed the following morning. Late orders are accepted based on availability and may not have a choice of all menu items. Late orders accepted after 5pm will be subject to a 10% surcharge.

What are the delivery times?

Monday to Friday: 7am to 6pm Saturday: 9am to 4pm Sunday: 9am to 2pm

All deliveries will have a 1 hour window

What is the minimum spend?

Monday to Saturday: $90 + GST per delivery. Sunday: $250 + GST per delivery.

Do you allow pick-ups?

Currently we do not offer pick-ups from our kitchen.

What are your office hours?

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm, Saturday to Sunday, 7am to 1pm

Our online store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders can be placed anytime and will be reviewed and confirmed during office hours.

Do you cater to all dietary requirements?

We can cater for most dietary requirements. When placing your order, please note the dietary needs within the text box provided at checkout and we will make our suggestions accordingly. Should we not be able to cater for a specific dietary requirement, we will let you know when confirming your order.

Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. Please consider this when requesting special dietary requirements.

How do I make amendments to my order?

For any order amendments, please send your changes in writing to orders@cateringproject.com.au quoting the order number. One of our catering coordinators will facilitate these changes and will provide confirmation once your order has been successfully modified to your needs. Please ensure all amendment enquiries are made prior to the order cut off time.

Delivery fees applies outside these areas. Weekend surcharges apply:

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your order, the following conditions apply:

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery will not be refunded.

All cancellation requests for Monday orders must be received no later than 12pm the Friday prior.
