Our customer service team is also available 7 days a week to assist with orders and enquiries. We also don’t charge third-party service fees when you order directly from us, which many customers appreciate.
Overall, we focus on providing reliable service, fresh food, and a straightforward ordering experience for offices and events.

What happens if the driver cannot access the building or contact the recipient?

Additional waiting time or redelivery charges may apply, so please ensure someone is available throughout the delivery window.

Quote
Can you customise a catering menu?
Yes. For larger events or special requirements, we can help tailor menu selections to suit your event and guest preferences.
How does the quote process work?
Send us your event details, including guest numbers, date, dietary requirements, and budget, through our Get a Quote form, and our team will put together a tailored proposal.

Standard catering orders require full payment before delivery. For larger or fully catered events, a deposit may be required to secure your booking. The amount and payment schedule will be outlined in your quote.
When should I request a quote instead of ordering online?
Request a quote for large events, staffed functions, custom menus, grazing tables, cocktail and canapé events, sit-down dining, private dining, conferences or events requiring equipment and additional services. Standard drop-off catering can usually be ordered online.
What information do you need to prepare a quote?
Please provide the event date, start and finish times, venue, estimated guest numbers, preferred catering style, dietary requirements, beverage needs, staffing or equipment requirements and approximate budget.
How long does it take to receive a quote?
Our team aims to respond to all event quote requests within one business day. For larger or more complex events, additional time may be required to prepare a tailored proposal. If your enquiry is urgent, please contact us directly, and we'll do our best to assist.
