How can I place an order?

All orders can be placed via our website. Quotes can be requested in writing via email to [email protected]. Our friendly customer service team is also more than happy to answer any of your questions over the phone prior to receiving your written request.

When is the cut off time?

Order for Monday, cut off is 3pm Sunday. 

Order for Tuesday, cut off is 5pm Monday. 

Order for Wednesday, cut off is 5pm Tuesday. 

Order for Thursday, cut off is 5pm Wednesday. 

Order for Friday, cut off is 5pm Thursday. 

Order for Saturday, cut off is 5pm Friday. 

Order for Sunday, cut off is 3pm Saturday.

Requests that are sent through after business hours will be viewed the following morning. Late orders are accepted based on availability and may not have a choice of all menu items. Late orders accepted after 5pm will be subject to a 10% surcharge.

What are the delivery times?

Monday to Friday: 7am to 6pm Saturday: 7am to 4pm Sunday: 7am to 2pm
All deliveries will have a 1 hour window

What is the minimum spend?

Monday to Saturday: From $100 + GST per delivery. Sunday: $250 + GST per delivery.

Do you allow pick-ups?

Currently we do not offer pick-ups from our kitchen.
What are your office hours?
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm, Saturday to Sunday, 7am to 1pm
Our online store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders can be placed anytime and will be reviewed and confirmed during office hours.

Do you cater to all dietary requirements?

We can cater for most dietary requirements. When placing your order, please note the dietary needs within the text box provided at checkout and we will make our suggestions accordingly. Should we not be able to cater for a specific dietary requirement, we will let you know when confirming your order.
Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. Please consider this when requesting special dietary requirements.

How do I make amendments to my order?

For any order amendments, please send your changes in writing to [email protected] quoting the order number. One of our catering coordinators will facilitate these changes and will provide confirmation once your order has been successfully modified to your needs. Please ensure all amendment enquiries are made prior to the order cut off time.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your order, the following conditions apply:
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery will not be refunded.
All cancellation requests for Monday orders must be received no later than 12pm the Friday prior.

I brought the ALL DAY GRAZING PLATTER for MOTHERS DAY! Honestly, it was absolutely delicious, between Mum and myself we managed to almost finish it within 8 hrs. Highly recommended 👌 as this company are truly amazing, 🙌 without a doubt the prices are reasonable, the amount of food and variety with these platters are brilliant 👏. I couldn't have got mum a present any better than this!! Keep up the great work, as ill definitely be ordering from here again in the future.

What the helly? Ordered 2 fruit platter for a funeral, says serves 3-5 people, the small one. Deceiving photo on website, they use the big platter for the small one as well. In the package i received like 1 orange, 1 kiwi, 1 grape vine and 1 passion fruit, That's max 5 dollars. for 52 dollars and plus 45 dollars delivery, PURE ROBBERY ! I fully regret buying it.

Delicious and well-presented food, and they have many options to choose from. The only issue is that they brought our order a little over an hour early. Since we work on a university campus, we were on the opposite side of campus and had to stop working early to get to the location of our meeting. Better early than late, though. Would recommend to anyone.

Food was absolutely delicious, service and delivery was great. Only thing important to note is the cost is huge for the amount of food you get. $600 for two sandwich platters, one kids ham and cheese platter, sushi and fruit platter. The quantity in each platter is quite small for what you pay. Just something to note if you wish to order!
